EXERCISE SCIENCE 377
Offered in cooperation with the Department of Kinesiology and Health of the School of Arts and Sciences (SAS) students from the School of Environmental and Biological Sciences (SEBS) matriculating prior to the fall semester in 2015 must complete the SEBS general education requirements. SEBS students matriculating fall 2015 or after and transfer students matriculating in 2016 and after must complete a goal-based core curriculum in place of general education requirements. The goal-based core is described here. SEBS students are advised that the SEBS core is very similar to the SAS core, but it is not identical.
In addition, SEBS students majoring in exercise science must complete major requirements as described on the SAS program catalog page. The learning goals, options, entry requirements, major, and courses are also as described on the exercise science catalog pages in the Programs of Study and Courses for Liberal Arts and Sciences Students chapter of this catalog.
SEBS students who qualify for departmental honors may undertake the George H. Cook Scholars Program in conjunction with departmental honors.
